EXPERT OPINION COMING UP!!!!

Yoshi Sushi in the shops next to Safehaven is one of the best sushi places Kela and I have ever been to. Yoshi creates excellent rolls of every fair with a gentle grace that only comes from decades of practice and exacting hands. The menu is the basic usual sushi flair with a slightly higher price then comparable places in North America. The California roll and the mackerel sashimi are not to be missed. The only complaint I have ever had at Yoshi’s is that you cannot order individual rolls. If you are going on the weekend make sure you call ahead for a reservation. Let me know if you have any particular questions or want a copy of the menu.

They charge way too much for just average sushi. If you do go to Bamboo try the sushi pizza. Other then that, spend 2/3 less money and hit Yoshi Sushi.

Side point: Samurai Sushi is run by Yoshi's wife - it is very comparable and only slightly less refined and offers a step down in ambience. The menus between the two places are almost identical.

I'm ecstatic to hear that there's great sushi on the island! I had been trying to figure out how to get my favorite montreal sushi as a dependant on my visa

Sounds like a great plan....I am always up for a beer...remember I have a British/Canadian reputation to protect here, and one of my nationality would never turn down such an offering..hehe
